Searching, Curating and Remixing a World of Knowledge- Finding and Using Open Education Resources

This workshop will provide an introduction to the use of Open Education Resources (OER). OER are media, tools and other curriculum materials without copyright restrictions that can be used, distributed and often remixed by anyone. During the workshop, we will learn about Copyright, Fair Use, and Creative Commons licensing. We will explore some online collections of OERs and learn about tools for curating collections of OER content.
